Manuel Charlton 25 July 1941 – 5 July 2022 was a founding member of the Scottish hard rock band Nazareth and was their lead guitarist from 1968 to 1990. Nazareth had several hits in the United Kingdom, They established an international audience with their 1975 album Hair of the Dog, which featured their hits “Hair of the Dog” and a cover of the ballad “Love Hurts”.
